Turner | Montgomery | Damages | Turner bought a ticket to take the evening train at Gutherie for Clarksville but decided to wait until the morning. When he presented his ticket to the conductor while on the train the next day, the conductor told him it was not for that day and invalid. Turner refused to exit the train and was "put off." Shippey was a subcontractor under Killebrew. Killebrew brought suit seeking payment for completing agreed upon work when Shippey was unable as well as payment for money loaned.
