Robb, administrator of the estate of George H Warfield, deceased, was charged with depositing large sums and using them in business for his own gain. Def. Beaumont was president of said bank, and charged with full knowledge and collaboration in this. In 1875 Robb became insolvent and indebted to the estate of Warfield for $20,000.
