Henderson was an insurance agent in Alcoa & at the home of Griggs to collect a weekly insurance premium. Allison worked to collect on accounts for the Davis Motor Company, & arrived to collect from Henderson. While there, Henderson shot Allison "on account of the vile epithet which deceased had called him". Henderson was sentenced 15 years & tried to appeal. | East |
